These Terms of Service govern your purchase of Fix Your Offer from The Outsight Brief, a service provided by Echofly LLC, a Michigan limited liability company.
You are purchasing a one-time consulting deliverable: a written audit report that evaluates your offer and provides actionable recommendations. This is not a subscription and does not include ongoing coaching, unlimited revisions, or implementation support.
Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe and is charged immediately. All prices are in USD.
If your report has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund by emailing nelson@outsightbrief.com. Once the report has been delivered, no cash refunds are issued. However, if you feel the report did not deliver actionable value, email nelson@outsightbrief.com within 48 hours of delivery. Nelson will personally address your concerns and revise any section you find insufficient. We are committed to making the report useful.
Your report will be delivered within the timeframe stated on the checkout page. Delivery occurs via a private link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
If you read the full audit and don't find at least 5 specific, actionable fixes you hadn't considered, email nelson@outsightbrief.com within 48 hours of delivery. Nelson will personally rewrite any sections that missed the mark at no extra charge. This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Refunds section above.
The audit report is advisory in nature. Echofly LLC makes no guarantee that implementing the recommendations will produce any specific business outcome. Results depend entirely on your implementation and circumstances.
The report is licensed for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the report without written permission from Echofly LLC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
